This morning was a bit of a mixed bag.
First, I went to print out alllllllllll the notes for Java
. Granted, I barely used them, but it's stupid to refuse a reference when offered one, especially when it's at Temple's bill.
Then, I went to the Sweet Apartment. Er. The Sweet House. The Approachable Apartment? The Apt Apt? The Funky Flat? We need a name for our new home STAT!
Anyway, where was I? I went there and couldn't get the door open. I blame the earlyness. I don't work well in the morning. So, I drove back to Temple Town. But, of course, I could then find no street parking.
I ended up parking in one of the lots and got to my Java final 30-60 minutes late. Needless to say Professor Wang was not happy with me. I now hope I don't have him for a future class. Oops. Graham had a great ol' laugh at me as I explained myself to Professor Wang. :-)
Being late wasn't too bad, though, since I finished 10 minutes before the deadline, while a good mess of the class was still working. Didn't try the extra credit like I normally do, but I think I got pretty much everything on the exam correct.
When I got back, I found out that I had to fail my OS Design final again. It seemed Blackboard
did not accept my submission last time I took it. Not cool! I'm still waiting for him to grade that one.
So, now all I have left this semester is finishing my labs by the end of tomorrow (hopefully!) and moving out of The Sweet Suite tonight. I must say, it is a bit odd to see Mike and Bitner's room sans couch, coffee table, etc. The apartment will definitely be lonely this summer. I encourage everyone to come out and visit us. Please. :)
Friday I think I'm going to see UD's Spring Concert. I got a random email from Will asking if I was going. I hope I get to chill with him some. I haven't seen that guy since I blew off the whole choir thing to do IH work. :( It'll be a nice change of pace after the 10 hour day I have scheduled for the lab earlier that day! Ha.
Thursday is going to be a looooooooooooooooong day, though. That's the day I wait around for the Comcast people show up so we have communication with the outside world. Maybe it'll give me a chance to catch up on my reading. Or videogaming. Probably more the former than the latter, since I'll probably be waiting outside. Ha. Maybe they'll let us set up some sort of intercom thing. Yeah right. :)
