Going backwards. [Sep. 10th, 2002|03:51 pm]
Chaz Meyers
[Current Mood |boredbored]

Today (Tuesday):
Went to class. Blah blah blah. All is normal. Almost showed up to Discrete Math on time. Amazing. Didn't get to cancel piano, so I guess that I'll do that tomorrow. I also want to talk to Ingargiola about CIS67J. I took a look at Java between 166 and work at the library.

Yesterday (Monday):
Started off with normal class blah blah blah mip stuff. tomas360, theresan, and random other freshman girl came to visit for a while, since Towers had a fire drill thing.

Me and Ay tried to get some IBCage going on, but the place was bloody packed. Damn freshman and frat people working off their Thirsty Thursday beer bellies.

Towers is nice. Ok, it's infested and all, but it's nice. I like how much Aymon has in the living room which he took for his own. They need more furnature, though. It's too empty.

Aymon told me he was taking 67J. Apparantly, it is taught by Ingargiola and should count for seperate credit since it's on Java, not C++. I want to take it. I would have to cut back on my non-existant work hours and I would have to miss the labs, though. As noted above, I'll talk to Prof. Ingargiola about it. Hopefully Wednesday.

I found out that the cell phone thing was a setup, so I feel very lame now for falling for it. That, and I no longer have a kick ass story to tell people. Bah.

Sunday:
Ordered parts for my parents' new computer. Hopefully they'll all show up on time so I can make the mofo on Saturday, limiting my suburb trips for next weekend down to 1.

Rehearsal went well. I'm glad on so many levels that I'm only doing this one thing. There's about 50 people in the group now, and 85% of them are new people I've never seen before in my life and look like their straight from middle school. Ik. I don't like kids. :-p I'll miss seeing Alex, Laurie, and Brian every week, though.

Saturday:
South Street (again). Bought a bunch of posters. They rock on many levels. My favorite is an old school FF poster I picked up from the comic shop. Also, rearanged my room a bit. Took out all the dresser drawers and put them under my bed so it could be put flat against the foot of the bed, so I have some place to put the TV. Not like I actually watch TV EVER, but it's nice to know I can be a bum watching TV in bed if I want to.

While we were out, Hollie got in mad trouble for no good reason. WTF? Oh, and her little brothers got jumped while we were out. :-p

Friday:
Class. Blah blah blah. Had lunch with JessJess, Mike, and Mac. Mike, Mac, Marc, and I got tickets to the Phillies game. Unfortunately, we thought it would be for Friday, not Sunday. Bah! I ended up going home instead.

Thursday:
Went down to South Street (again!! :-p) with Mike, Mac, and a bunch o' Messiah chicks. One of them was a real bitch, two of them were super quiet, and another one was a theatre major. :-p It was ok times, though.

Re:

I have no complaints. Nothing too interesting to write about, but no news is better than none, eh?

Mad libs? You're kidding me, right?? Those things rock so much. I haven't seen one of those in forever.

as serious as something that shouldn't be funny.

it's not just any mad libs, my friend. it's a gigantic book that is comprised of six or seven of the mini-books. just so you know how imprortant mad libs are to me in my daily life, the day i moved in here, i forgot all the clothes that weren't on my back, but i did, in fact, have my mad libs.
ask theresa, no lie. :)

Re: as serious as something that shouldn't be funny.

Wow. I don't think I can handle so much madlibbage in such a small area. :) I can understand why you might've forgotten your clothes knowing such a book would be traveling with you.
