We now own a 2000 Taurus. Very awesome.|
Is anyone going to be around the weekend of the 10th? I'm turning 21, so doing something that isn't sitting around the house would be pretty sweet.
Awesome :) Well not that Taurii are particularly exciting, but they are generally pretty reliable and get the job done. Annie's dad was driving me somewhere one day and we took an extra trip around the block. I, being the confused guy that I was asked why, and he said that he wanted to watch it turn over 100,000 miles.
I seriously had no idea because I figured it was much much newer than that, but it has held up very well for them. So good luck :)
Well I'm not going to be 21 on the 10th, but if you pretend I am I will go along with whatever evil plans you have for the eve, know any bars that don't card?

Yeah, the Taurus is a good match for me and my mom because neither of us real power drivers. We are both borderline passive/assertive drivers who don't even know stick. :) I don't know anything about cars or what would contribute to this, but this new 2000 model feels much nicer to drive than our old '97 model. (Before it was killed by the Explorer, of course. Now the 2000 is a MUCH nicer ride, being that you can still ride it without having people with ropes pulling it. ;-))
If I'm not in Pittsburg and end up going to bars around Philly, you are definitely welcome to come along. I've only bought alcohol at 2 or 3 places, but I've never been carded at any of them.
